Is there a way to make my hair grow longer faster and straighter?

Ok, so I have short hair now, but I want longer hair faster… Is there some way I can make my hair grow faster and straighter? I have curly hair, but I don’t want curly hair… is there away I can get rid of the curls?

I want long hair because I like the feeling of my hair flying over my head when I headbang…
