How to make your Hair grow faster?

So I got a hair cut a month ago. My hair is just below my shoulders, before it was was about an inch higher then my belly button. So compared to before it’s really short, and i don’t like it short, it annoys me! So how can I make it grow faster? Besides washing it everyday, because i do that but it don’t really work.
