how can u make your hair grow faster?

at the end of 2008 i got dignosed with alapecea, since then my hairs finding it hard to grow back, i wear extentions now but its just not the same as having your own hair :( and because the condition comes and goes its really hard to find a style that i like :( any ways of getting your hair to grow faster :) xx
