Home Remedies to Make Hair Grow Faster & Longer

There are many ways to make hair grow faster and also some of them can be found at your home, I will teach you couple home remedies to make your hair grow faster at home.

One of the home remedies is  hot oil massage, you can apply this at least once a week at your home. You can use this method as  a highly effective home treatment for hair growth since it will improve blood circulation. Hair massage will increase the blood flow and circulation to the hair root and will promote hair growth. Different types of oil can be used such as coconut, rosemary, castor or olive oil.  Leave the oil on your hair at least 15 min. to help the hair absorb the oil.

Another method is to apply three drops of rosemary oil, lavender oil and 2 drops each of thyme oil and cedarwood oil with mixture of jojoba oil and grape seed oil is one of the best home remedy you can make for hair grow faster.

Onion is another home hair remedy especially a good treatment for hair falling and hair loss, mix cut red onion and cinnamon sticks with garlic in water and boil it for 10 min. cool and strain the solution and use it for your hair.

Cool and strain the mixture and use this solution on hair for daily for four days to accelerate hair growth. Alternatively, you can also mix minced onion in a mild shampoo, let the mixture stand for about 15 days and then use it regularly.
Another tip is not to comb or brush your hair when it’s wet, since it might break and damage your hair. Avoid using extremely hot water when you wash your hair and stay away from hot hair straighteners and blow dryers.

In order to promote natural hair growth, eat healthy and have a diet balanced with yogurt, vegetables, fruits, sprouts, nuts, beans, fruits, carrots, beans, spinach, broccoli, beans, and highly fiber and whole grained products and other items rich in proteins.

Hair grows more during rest, taking rest and sleeping well will promote your body and hair health.
